The United States of America (USA) on Friday announced its 15-man squad for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 to be held in India and Sri Lanka from February 7 to March 8.

The squad, led by captain Monak Patel, includes 10 players returning from the 2024 edition, when America made a memorable debut by reaching the Super 8 stage.

Apart from captain Patel, the returning players include Jesse Singh, Andries Ghose, Milind Kumar, Shayan Jahangir, Harmeet Singh, Nostush Kenjike, Shotley van Schalkwyk, Saurabh Netrawalkar and Ali Khan.

Wicketkeeper-batsman Andries Gauss was the top scorer for USA in 2024 with 219 runs, while Saurabh Netrawalkar led the bowling, taking a tournament-high six wickets.

Shubham Ranjane, the new addition to the squad, is set to make his T20I debut in the marquee ICC event. Mohamed Mohsin and Shehan Jayasuriya could also earn their first international caps for the US.

The USA are in Group A and face India, Pakistan, Netherlands and Namibia in the group stage. Their campaign begins against India in Mumbai on February 7.
