The visitors could only muster 133/5 in 20 overs as Bangladesh captain Nigar Sultana opted to bat first.
Sultana top scored for Bangladesh with 46 off 39 balls with 5 fours and a six.
Apart from him, middle-order batsmen Sobana Mostari and Shorna Akhtar could contribute significantly to Bangladesh’s total with 22 runs each.
For Scotland, Gabriella Fontenella, Abdaha Maqsood, Kirsty Gordon and captain Price, but the former conceded just 11 runs in his four overs and was adjudged man of the match.
Chasing a modest target of 134 runs, the hosts easily cruised to victory with 2 wickets and 26 balls to spare.
Captain Price, who led them, scored an unbeaten 54 off 32 balls with 4 fours and 3 sixes.
Price, who came out to bat in the fifth over following the dismissal of opener Darcy Carter (23), formed crucial partnerships with another opener, Catherine Fraser (28), and wicketkeeper-batsman Sarah Price (23), who scored 47 and an unbeaten 54 respectively.
Ritu Moni and Shorna took one wicket each for Bangladesh.
The eight-wicket win marked Scotland’s second win in the ongoing T20I tri-series after they defeated the Netherlands in their opener on Thursday.
In this case, the next match of the Trilateral T20 series will be played between Bangladesh and Netherlands at the same ground on Sunday.
