Although the new team is called Sialkot, fans are already calling for the revival of one of the most beloved names in Pakistani cricket, the Sialkot Stallions.

The Stallions were more than a domestic team – they were a phenomenon.

Between 2005 and 2012, Sialkot Stallions won six National T20 Cup titles, including a world-record 25-match unbeaten streak and became the most successful team in Pakistan’s domestic T20 history.

An era-defining team of legends featured: Shoaib Malik, the calm and intelligent captain; Imran Naseer, the opener who thrilled the crowd in every innings; Haris Sohail, the reliable all-rounder; and Shakeel Ansar, the versatile wicketkeeper-batsman.

In bowling, Mohammad Asif, Abdur Rahman, Bilawal Bhatti and Hasan Ali formed a lethal combination that almost kept the Stallions unbeaten.

The Stallions’ legacy isn’t just on the records — it’s in the hearts of the fans. Over the years, Sialkot cricket supporters chanted “Stallions forever!” chanted, which keeps the team spirit alive online and on the pitches.

Now, with a new PSL franchise in their city, the same enthusiasm is pouring into the new team.

Fans believe naming the PSL team Sialkot Stallions will honor the city’s cricketing heritage and instantly connect with a fan base eager to relive those golden T20 moments.

Sialkot’s return to the PSL is not just about a new team; It’s about reviving a legacy.

The Roar of the Stallions – or whatever name the new franchise adopts – promises thrilling cricket, fandom and deep pride for a city that has always lived and breathed cricket.

As the preparations begin and the teams take shape, one thing is certain: fans want to live up to the spirit of the Stallions and Pakistan cricket is ready to witness a new chapter in Sialkot’s T20 saga.
