Mumbai: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced that all-rounder Suryansh Shedge has been included in India’s squad for the T20 series in Ireland and England, replacing the injured Nitish Kumar Reddy.

The 23-year-old was part of the India A team that recently won the 50-over tri-series against Sri Lanka A and Afghanistan A in Sri Lanka.

Batting in the lower middle order, he scored 147 runs at a strike rate of 120.49. Contributed 23 overs in five innings and claimed two wickets with his medium pace at an economy rate of 6.04.
