The sources added that preparations are already underway and once all the arrangements are confirmed, the venue and final date of the draft will be officially announced soon.

It was also learned that the participation of all eight franchises in the draft, along with their respective coaches and other authorized team representatives, are expected to participate in the selection process.

Sources said the draft has been scheduled for a one-day gap between the Pakistan-Australia T20I series.
