Sylhet: Clinical bowling and half-centuries from Adam Rossington and Mohammad Naim helped Chatgram Royals beat Sylhet Titans by nine wickets in the 11th match of the 2025-26 Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) at the International Cricket Stadium on Sunday.

Royals easily chased down a simple target of 127 in 16 overs with the loss of just one wicket.

Mohammad Naim and Adam Rossington made the match one-sided with a sensational 115-run opening partnership. Both scored 52 runs in the first 6 overs.

The duo dominated the Sylhet Titans bowlers in the middle phase of the innings, adding 78 runs in the period.

Naim, who scored 52 runs off 37 balls with 4 fours and 3 sixes, fell in the fourth ball of the 13th over. Rossington remained unbeaten on 73 off 53 balls with 8 fours and 2 sixes.

For Sylhet Titans, Rahatul Ferduz picked up a wicket.

Earlier, Sylhet Titans struggled to build momentum after batting first and could only manage 126 for 7 in their 20 overs. Royals’ bowlers applied the early pressure, bowling out half of the Titans in the first five overs to reduce them to 34-5.

Asmatullah Omarzai and Pervez Hossain Emon put on a 43-run partnership to stabilize the innings. Emon scored 17 and Umarzai scored 44 off 41 balls including a six and 4 fours.

Mirza Baig and Mahedi Hasan took 2 wickets each while Amir Jamal, Muqidul Islam and Shoribul Islam took one wicket each for Chattogram Royals.

With this win, Chattogram Royals moved to the top of the points table with three wins from four games.
