Windhoek: Cricket Namibia on Saturday announced the 15-man squad for the 2026 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup scheduled to be co-hosted by India and Sri Lanka from February 7 to March 8.
Experienced all-rounder Gerhard Erasmus will continue to lead the Eagles as they enter their fourth T20 World Cup in the upcoming 10th edition.
Namibia retain most of the players who represented them in the previous edition of the mega event in 2024, while Nicole Lofty-Eaden, Lauren Steenkamp, JC Bald, WP Myburgh and Max Heingo are set to add new depth to their quest.

They backed up their dominant group-stage run with an equally impressive performance in the semi-final against Tanzania, winning by 63 runs.
Placed in Group A, Namibia will open their T20 World Cup 2026 campaign against the Netherlands in Delhi on February 10, before facing India at the same venue on February 12, followed by the United States (USA) in Chennai on February 15.
They will then travel to Sri Lanka to play their last league-level match against Pakistan on February 18.
