LAHORE: Multan Sultans won the toss and elected to field first against openers Rawalpindis in the 14th match of the 11th series of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) at the Gaddafi Stadium on Monday.

The upcoming match marks the first meeting between Sultan Bindis, the latter featuring in their maiden PSL edition.

Form Guide

The two teams enter the match with a different momentum in their favor as the Sultans are at the top of the PSL with 11 points with six points from four matches, while the Bindis are unbeaten in three matches.

Sultans started their campaign with wins over three-time champions Islamabad United and another debutant Hyderabad Kingsmen before the holders lost by 20 runs at the hands of Lahore Qalandars.

The Ashton Turner-led side got back to winning ways with a comfortable six-wicket win over the previous edition’s runners-up, Quetta Gladiators.

Bindis, on the other hand, have lost their first three matches against Peshawar Zalmi, Karachi Kings and United respectively.
