LAHORE: Hyderabad Kingsmen won the toss and elected to bat against 2021 champions Multan Sultans at the Gaddafi Stadium on Wednesday.

The Sultans and Kingsmen enter the match with a different momentum in their favor as the 2021 champions came away with a comprehensive five-wicket win over Islamabad United, while the newcomers are coming off a two-match losing streak.

The Kingsmen made their PSL debut against holders Lahore Qalandars last week and lost by 69 runs to the previous edition’s runners-up Quetta Gladiators, who were beaten by 40 runs.
